[MUSIC] With the segunda, which is the main course, we've prepared the beefsteak Florentine Which is a heartier dish. With Sting and Trudie's new wine, Sister Moon, which is a super Tuscan. [MUSIC] Dario Cecchini is a butcher in Penzano. He is the best in the area. And he only buys things that are in season. And the beef is just to die for. [SOUND] We went to visit Penzano. And it was something like out of a Fellini movie. There is Dario in the middle in the street, and everybody is laughing, everybody is sort of jovial. And he's there with a pile of glasses and serving wine. [LAUGH] It was perfect actually. Beef. We're known for beef. He's bringing 30 pieces of his best meat. Fillet and beef steak of Florentine. The beef steak of Florentine is about this thick. With it's a T-bone. And he'll be cooking that on a natural wood grill. And he's gonna be doing that for the party tomorrow night. [FOREIGN] [MUSIC]
