[MUSIC] Hi, I'm Nilou. And I'm Sarah. Whether it's an Oceanside clam shack or a four star restaurant here are a few spots you don't want to miss from coast to coast. New York City's Michelin star Le Bernadin has been a seafood institution for over twenty five years and the recent renovation has Only made it better. I love their playful take on lobster rolls and the killer cocktail in the gorgeous lounge. For something more casual in California we love San Francisco's Anchor and Hope set in a former artists warehouse in Soma. Locals pack the house each night for Kumamoto oysters and a list of nearly 100 craft beers including 16 on tap. The Clam Shack in Kennebunkport may be one of my all time favorite spots in New England. You can't get fresher lobster, crispier fried clams, or nicer service anywhere in Maine. I'm crazy for a great big bowl of gumbo. And no one does it better than New Orleans' Red Fish Grill in the city's French Quarter. Whether it's the jambalaya, crab cakes, or the Gulf shrimp and grits Almost the whole menu is sourced right in the Big Easy. Yum. Thanks for watching. Save a seat for us. [MUSIC]
