I added a little bit of fish row for some pop. It seems like the right choice to add a little Thai chiles and Light spice. One minute 30. Coming through. Hot. Anita's already picked out the plates, and she's left me one with a scalloped shell on it. So, I know doing some different styles is what she was going for. I think we're together on something.
