[MUSIC] We are making pan seared tenderloin of pork, popcorn grits, and a popcorn white truffle sauce << That good? Tastes like popcorn too. << Yeah. The grits that John and I are cooking are thick I keep wanting to thin them down John says they're okay. [LAUGH] I don't really say anything cuz if I were to sit here and **** heads with John the entire challenge there would be no food on the plate. I look over and Josh is cooking the pork And he's not getting a hard sear on them. And I'm concerned that they're gonna get overcooked. But I don't say anything to Josh. All right, rock out buddy. Josh is just tolerating me. And if I piss him off, he's gonna explode on me and the whole thing is just gonna fall apart. I think that's perfect there. The grits are great. They taste just like popcorn. Like the sauce too? Sauce is great. I think everything's great, man. [BLANK_AUDIO] [MUSIC] Guy's 16 seconds. [SOUND] Time's up, time's up. [MUSIC]
