Hey, chorizo, jalapeno. Chef Tom, are you using pancetta for the stuffing? Yeah, it's done. Shall I go bake it on the brussels then? Chef Tom is sort of getting us It's the freedom to express ourselves within his own sort of plan. Pretty exciting being able to work next to Chef Tom Colicchio while he's actually cooking. One hour. It's crazy how fast this clock moves. How we doing? We just going on the trinity. Okay. Me and Danielle just knocking that mise en place out, chef. Okay. What are you making? Doing pecan tart. Pecan tart. Give them a second. How sweet do you think on the biscuits? Little bits of sweet not a lot sweet because you are probably going to put something in that butter right. Exactly, yes. It is a team challenge but we are responsible for our own dishes these biscuits have to be killer. [LAUGH] > I am going to have you taste the butter in a minute. Forty-five. Carla! Why don't we get the meatballs up? All right. Tom wants me to make turkey meatballs. Makes me worry, because I'm [UNKNOWN], but I'm not gonna say no to Tom. [MUSIC] Oh, yeah. It's Thanksgiving. Can I say bam? Bam! There you go. [LAUGH] I usually make pies for Thanksgiving, but I wanna make a pecan pie in the form of a bread pudding. And then I'm grabbing whiskey for whiskey sauce.
