[MUSIC] I want to show you my favorite Shanghai breakfast restaurant, [FOREIGN]. Another one is [FOREIGN]. Let's try this one first. [MUSIC] Very fresh. [MUSIC] Okay, this is a really very fresh soup dumpling. They make the dough. They put a little yeast inside. Then with the flour and water, and then they make the dumpling like this, but they put it in the pan opposite way. They put it this way. And then they put a little oil on the bottom, then put a little water and cover it up. So the use of water steams the [UNKNOWN] dumpling, and the oil makes the bottom very crispy. And the inside is pork with ginger, with scallion, Chinese wine, with the sugar, salt. And the best to have this is with Chinese vinegar. The sauce actually is a fried chili. And then chop those together then you mix it. And the best bets is go together is with the beef curry soup and it will be so tasty. [MUSIC] [FOREIGN] So this is soup dumplings and this, in Chinese, is called Xiao Long Bao. [FOREIGN] This whole restaurant, they only serve super dumplings, nothing else. So they have all pork, and we have a pork with shrimp and the pork with the crab. [MUSIC] The difference with this one with the other one, is this is everything's steamed, and no yeast. So the dough, very, very same. And they're very delicious. [MUSIC] [INAUDIBLE] [MUSIC]
