We've been here since 1928 serving smoked meat and tourists
come from all over the world. And if you're coming
here, you're coming for Schwartz's. It's a small organization, basically
family oriented. Thousands of thousands of sandwiches per day. I
mean, we sell more smoked meat than all the other
delis and [INAUDIBLE] put together. Our smoked meat is made
here. We bring it in. It;s a raw piece of
brisket. Marinades for ten days. Our secret recipe is spices.
We smoke it for eight hours. We steam it for
three hours. You eat it within seconds.
