For me I think the mentality of music has to move up and down just like food has to. So just like you'd start of a course with a nice subtle soup and then you punch people with a really vinaigrette salad and things like. Music has to move the same way with the food. You have to start off with something a little subtle like Rey La Montane and you move into something really punchy like J Roddy and the Business. I think if there's something even crazier after that because people just get so excited. You gotta throw something retro, like Diver Down, Van Halen. And then you finish out really well with like Ben Harper.
