Turning at the top of the list for me is a small restaurant called Yakitori Totto. So wonderful restaurant. Very clean. Very focused flavors. Another one is a close friend of mine. Again near time monar center. Morea, with Michael White up in Morea. And I went over there. Lovely chef. Great guy And he cooks one of the most compelling dishes that I've had. And that's the fusilli with red wine braised octopus and bone marrow. Giorgio DeLuca from Dean and DeLuca days, and he has a restaurant on Spring Street called Giorgione. And I love going to Giorgione. It's easy, it's comfortable and the food is always really good. I love Cafe Boulud. I love a gap in case it does at Cafe Boulud. It's elegant but approachable, there are reference points to the food. Very high quality, service is great, and I get to see Gavin. Another restaurant that I really love, and it's kind of a throwback or a timewarp, and that's La Grenouille A classic French cuisine. It really satisfies a place to my heart for France.
