If you go to a place and it's busy, that's a great sign. If you go to a place. You wanna make. Ideally, it's on paper that gets thrown away. Like for example, a plastic plate that's being washed in a bucket behind the scenes. You don't know about that. I think if you wanna be particularly safe. I would say anything that's raw, you want to be more careful. You don't necessarily want it to be a salsa that's made with water, which most of them are. But if it's cooked food, like you're on the street somewhere and the guy is cooking the food, it's being cooked, so the chances are it's probably pretty safe.
