[MUSIC] Hi I'm Matt Everjoe and I 'm the co-owner of Sunday's grocery, Yardbird restaurant, Ronan restaurant. I'd like to introduce you to what we do. [MUSIC] First thing I want to show you is our limited edition. Sunday's grocery whiskey, five and a half year, single cask, from a [UNKNOWN] distillery. This is Jared, who's cutting up our local long king chickens. We use these chickens in all three of our places. Here, we're using them for The fried chicken schnitzel, katsu sando, and the banhmi. These are hangover cures, for all the hangovers we cause. The juice juice from Hong Kong, made by a lovely girl named Grace. Cold pressed, delicious. We love them.
