Dana called me at my restaurant a week after Kate came into town. And Kate sorta made me think I wasn't gonna win. [LAUGH] And I was real upset. I went into a state of depression [LAUGH]. My whole staff thought that I had lost my mind. Which I had. And then Dana calls, and I was sitting in my office with my assistant and a couple of the hostesses. And I was like, I screamed. And then she's ike, but you're not allowed to tell anybody. And I was like, oh. Pat there's people around and I've been [UNKNOWN] so I got goosebumps all over and it's something I've wanted forever. I think it's, I never expected it maybe, but I always said that I had this Olympic Champion mentality [LAUGH] I really like to just push myself to be the best that I can possibly be at everything that I do. This just don't work in all areas but I'm just, this is, you know, this is what I wanna do is be the best chef that I can be. And this is sort of, I guess, something that I wanted for myself just to make myself proud of myself I guess. [LAUGH] Does that sound weird? But yeah, it's something that I've always wanted and I want to push myself to get Is, I guess, high up in the industry as I can, and just. But I want to make people happy. I want people to just come into my restaurant and have a good time, and just have fun and eat good food and things like that. So it's, sort of, two things, I want to be the best chef that I can be, but also, the most important thing is just having guests come in and be like, this is so much fun. [LAUGH]
