So today we're gonna peel a couple shrimp. And the easiest way I find to do this is just to do a little snap on either end of where that tail meets the rest of the shell and just peel back that shell, including all the legs and everything right down to the base and the body of the shrimp. Have a paring knife and just cut this back and then clean up The entire length of the shrimp and I just rinsed it in a little bit of water and I pop a really nice bath.
