Well anyone trying to cook asian food for the first time at home, it's really not that big a deal. The first thing you should do is buy a little wok. Just a small wok that will fit on your stove top, and just do a simple stir-fry. And there's no rules to stir-fry. That's the wonderful thing about it. just some packaged noodles, whatever vegetables are in season, any kind of meat. And the dressings can really be anything. But I tend to recommend that people stay away from soy sauce, because it's such an easy way to, so safe. It's such a fall back ingredient. I like to ask people to even use something like miso, really interesting in a stir fry.
