Well anyone trying to cook asian food for the first
time at home, it's really not that big a deal.
The first thing you should do is buy a little
wok. Just a small wok that will fit on your
stove top, and just do a simple stir-fry. And there's
no rules to stir-fry. That's the wonderful thing about it.
just some packaged noodles, whatever vegetables are in season, any
kind of meat. And the dressings can really be anything.
But I tend to recommend that people stay away from
soy sauce, because it's such an easy way to, so
safe. It's such a fall back ingredient. I like to
ask people to even use something like miso, really interesting
in a stir fry.
