Chili Water's really easy. I start off with basically one
part ice one part water. So you could say a
cup of ice a cup of water. Thai chilis. The
ratio for the one cup would be about one Thai
chili cut in half and the seeded. Soak it overnight,
overnight with the ice and the water. The next morning
add a teaspoon of Sambo, blend it all. Amazing on
fish amazing on pasta.
