You know when I was a kid, I grew up in a restaurant and all I wanted to do was be in the back kitchen. My favorite place to go was into the prep kitchen where the walk-in was. And I would go in and I would take Take little bits of prepared foods, [UNKNOWN] And I would mix up things, I would make things. I would play with things. And I would eat it. I mean, no one else would eat it. But I would eat it because I had created it. I've always loved to play with food. And that's probably the reason that I'm a chef today.
