Steak tacos, you want some simple kind of marinade. Lime juice, salt, pepper and Mexican oregano. You probably want some sort of really bright salsa. Terranos chilis, jalapeno chilis, and some tomatios. Take the husk off, chop them up, put it all in a blender with some cilantro. You can add a little chopped White onion to it, a little lime juice to give it even more brightness, a little salt, and you're done.
