I would always go for fresh corn tortillas. Think about stem they really want to be stem heated. Two ways to do that. One is in a little vegetable steamer just bring some water to a boil put them over your vegetable steamer. Put a top on it and just let them set off the fire for about 10 or 15 minutes. The other way you can do that is to wrap them in damp paper towels and stick them in the microwave full, full power for about 30, 45 seconds, and then you're gonna have something that's gonna be really, really memorable, and it's gonna be delicious. It's gonna be really light.
