One of my favorite ones to make. It's made with cucumbers, lime, and a little bit of mint. Now cucumber may sound very odd. But you just peel the cucumber, put it into a blender with some fresh lime juice, some water, A little bit of sugar to bring out the sweetness that's naturally there in the cucumber, and a little handful of mint. Blend all of that up, strain it if you want to, or you don't have to, and serve it over ice and it's incredibly refreshing.
