Hi, I'm Richard Blais from Flip Burger Boutique and we're doing a healthy version of one of my favorite foods, hamburger. So we're gonna start with some almonds and some raisins and a little bit of curry powder. And it's gonna go into our food processor. We're gonna add some mushrooms. We'll add our edamames and also some lentils. So we're gonna add half of the Israeli couscous. We'll leave half of the Israeli couscous to fold in in a bit, Dried porcinis, dried mushrooms, they're also gonna have a nice amount of salinity to it. We will add a touch of salt, and a squeeze of Lemon juice, alright we'll finish our grind. [SOUND] So as this sits in your fridge, it's gonna even look more like beef wood. Now we're going to add the rest of our Israeli couscous. [SOUND] So we wanna make our patties right here We want them to be nice and big. All right, so over here we're going to cook with a little bit of olive oil. You want to be careful. You want to make sure your pans is hot enough. We have our mushroom we're going to add to the pan. I'm going to serve it on a toasted bun. Certainly you could serve it on lettuce. That'd be great. A lettuce wrap is awesome. Maybe taking some store-bought ketchup, and we've mixed some pomegranate molasses. Top this with our, A falafel or veggie burger. We wanna add a little bit of freshness to it, so I just forage for some herbs that happen to be in my fridge, use whatever you have laying around, some dill here, some cilantro, some basil. And there you go, that's our veggie burger with pomegranate ketchup and wild herb salad.
