You know i'm really into brunch. Richard Blais's Brunch is
like you know, sausage, great artisan sausage, great maple syrup
and eggs right, and when all of those things sort
of come together, you know the flavor of the sweet
from the maple syrup, the salty from the bacon and
then the texture of that sort of fluffy pancake to
me that's like perfect sort of brunch food.
