I'm gonna say just like, braised meats and tomato sauce or along the lines of like a bolognese, that's like my last meal. Just beautiful sort of, all sorts of different meats, whatever you have in the fridge. So we're gonna sear all of our meats, maybe some sausage. Some really fatty pieces like some knuckles or some joints or some shoulders. We're gonna deglaze it with some red wine. We're gonna roast some mirapoi in there, a little bit of veal stock maybe and we're just gonna cook it like forever. So, that's like my one pot dish.
