[NOISE] [MUSIC] One of your roles as editor is to travel the country scanning for culinary talent, and it all culminates tonight with the announcement of the best new Chefs for 2011. What's amazing about this year Is the diversity. We have everything from classic to funky. We have everything from formal to pizza. We have everything from Peru to Portugal. It's the way for our magazine to really show who the up-and-coming, most cutting edge, most innovative, extraordinary, unique, and interesting chefs are. Who are. We've had an incredible track record over the last 23 years. Honestly, the award actually helps them and catapults their career but to find Thomas Keller, Tom Collichio, Daniel Ballou, David [UNKNOWN], Rocco DiSpirito, Michael Thiemann, and the list goes on and on, and on. Historically, some of the best chefs in the world All have received this honor. So it if very important for the chefs. Its also a great get together and I love the folks at Food and Wine. So this is a easy party to say yes to. Tonight is just all about celebrating them. We bring them on stage. We announce them to the nation and then we bring them all back. Then we put them in the kitchen and make them work. Absolutly anything can happen this year. They will be cooking a huge dinner together were all Consumers in Aspen can actually taste how amazing their food is. I love having hundreds of people be able to taste ten incredible new talents all in one place. That makes a great with demos or fantastic. Having you there is amazing.
