[MUSIC] The one place that you're instantly gratified with the music that you make is when you're playing it live for people and you see instantly how it affects them. And in turn, how it affects you. [MUSIC] People remember the food and it's the most amazing thing in the world to transform something into something enjoyable. My wines tend to bring out the best and kind of what southern cuisine that Chef Love is doing But they don't fight with it at all. [MUSIC] Well, we're at union station in downtown Nashville. And this is one of my favorite buildings in Nashville. It's an old train station and it's one of the most Beautiful pieces of architecture and art in this library that you'll find not only in Nashville but I think anywhere. It's always good for me to be back in Tennessee. I've spent a ton of time here. I went to school at the University of Tennessee. Go Balls, by the way. But the town is lively. Everywhere Hey, Hey. What's up fellows?>>As a performer, Tim McGraw is by far the top of his game. He obviously is a superstar amongst us for sure.>>What do you plan tonight?>>I'm going to do it everywhere just because The story of the song is the love of your life that you can't get out of your head no matter where you go. And essentially you can travel all over the place. And for us, food is, we seek out great places. Places to eat you know so everywhere sort of it means what is says everywhere. So when we travel to Italy theres a real groundedness from having Italian blood and the food is just so fantastic we spent a great time up there and we found a restaurant In Portifino. [CROSSTALK] Yeah, yeah, it's called Batties with the Langosteins. Yeah, the beautiful thing about Italy is that they have all these sort of regional cuisines that are really delicious. So if you move from one place to another, you get incredibly different regional cuisine. But you've also got different wines to go with different cuisines. Music actually changes the way Wine taste, Tim McGraw's kind of music. It's got really rich tones, he's got a lovely voice, and I actually think that it's great red wine music. I think the music and the meal are gonna mesh. And the wine, of course, are just gonna mesh because of the atmosphere. I'm hungry. Anyways, I thought I'd take you back and show you the ingredients beforehand. Oh, I'd love to. [CROSSTALK] Let's go check out some ingredients. Let's do it. Okay. All right, let's go. [MUSIC] Two dishes here that I think are the most intriguing, really. The [UNKNOWN], which of course, for you, Yeah, yeah. And the rabbit. And you know, these we just did the langostino end, we split them, clean up and quickly grill them on the [UNKNOWN] right over here, and it's the sweetest of the sweet. And then the rabbit, which is the most intensive preparation of all the stuff that I'm doing today, where we take the whole rabbits, we split them in half, and allow the rack to spread out And get [UNKNOWN] and then we put a little- Unbelievable. [UNKNOWN] bacon around it to hold it tight. And we're gonna put really ice cold gewurztraminer. Yeah. And a rosé that's made from zinfandel carrion and grenache with that. That'll just bring that to life, and will really spark it right up. And then hopefully, Tim, you'll play some songs that are good. I'll try- I'm just saying. [LAUGH] Yeah, we're a little worried about that. [UNKNOWN] half as good as [UNKNOWN]. [LAUGH] Don't **** up my food, you know what I'm saying? [MUSIC] Let's go, guys! Let's go, go! [MUSIC] [CROSSTALK] Country music and steak. So what are we having here? Okay this is New York strip steak This finale, red meat, and then we drizzle a little chilled wine, I take a little of that, a little fresh herbs, and some fresh Italian olive oil. Fantastic. It's a definite Waffle House dish, cuz you wanna put it all together. No, no. No, I'm saying, you know- Ain't no Waffle House I ever been to! [LAUGH] [MUSIC] Memories revolve around noodles, I think. Everybody has great wine, and the great food, and then the great music together. I mean I can't think of three things that can go together so well to make a great evening and to make a memory. [MUSIC] Part of what I love about wine is that when I smell certain wines it will put me in a particular location in time and place and people. And the same thing happens with food, same thing happens with people. Unbelievably great. Nice combination. [INAUDIBLE] have great food, great people, and great atmosphere. I'm not sure, We're gonna have a tremendous party. Now that we've had the food and the wine, we're about to have some killer music. Welcome to the stage Tim McGraw! [MUSIC] In my heart I'll always see you. Everywhere. [APPLAUSE] Thank you>> [APPLAUSE] [SOUND]
