[SOUND] [MUSIC] I'm Nick Morgenstern from Morgenstern's Ice Cream and today I'm gonna show you guys how add some mix-in Ins to your ice cream for a little bit of crunch and some extra flavor. First, I'm going to show you our salted caramel pretzel, that's our salted caramel ice cream base and right before we scoop it, we add in some pretzels for some extra crunch. So what you want to do is just take those pretzels, I like to dump them inside the container like that, use the ice cream scoop. To just make sure that you get all that fresh crunch into the scoop right before you add it to your cup of your cone. Next flavor we're gonna try is our cardamom and lemon jam, so that is a green cardamom ice cream and right before we scoop it we add some of our house made lemon jam. Same thing we scoop a little bit of that into our base of ice cream and then make sure that you get that lemon jam into the scoop. Right before you add it to the cup. Something that's really popular here at Morganstern's is our salt and pepper pine nut. So we make a ice cream base with just salt and pepper and then we add caramelized pine nuts that have been cooked with a little extra sea salt. And pepper. Put those into the ice cream right before we scoop it, and make sure that you get them into the scoop. So there you have some of our salted caramel pretzel, cardamom lemon jam, and our salt and pepper pine nut. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
