If there's one thing people know about New Zealand and wine, it's Sauvignon blanc. It's like this combination of incredible citrus intensity, grapefruit, gooseberry, then with an herbal edge that cuts that citrusness. But, what people forget is that New Zealand actually is a terrific producer of other grape varieties as well.
