[MUSIC] The one place that you're instantly gratified with the music that you make is when you're playing it live for people and you see instantly how it affects them and in turn how it affects you. [MUSIC] People remember the food, and it's the most amazing thing in the world to transform something into something enjoyable. [BLANK_AUDIO] My wines tend to bring out the best in kinda what, you know, the Southern cuisine that Chef Love is doing. But they don't fight with it at all. [MUSIC] Well, we're at Union Station in downtown Nashville, and this is one of my favorite buildings in Nashville. It's an old train station and it's one of the most Beautiful pieces of architecture [UNKNOWN] that you'll find not only in Nashville, I think anywhere. It's always good for me to be back in Tennessee, I spent a ton a time here, I went to school at the University of Tennessee, go [UNKNOWN] by the way. But the town is lively. [MUSIC] Hey, hey, what's up fellows? As a performer, Tim McGraw is by far the top of his game. I mean, he obviously is a superstar amongst us for sure. What are you playing tonight? Well, I'm gonna do Everywhere. just because The story of the song is the love of your life that you can't get out of your head, no matter where you go. And essentially, you can travel all over the place. And for us, food is, we seek out great place Just places to eat you know and so everywhere just sort of, it means what it says everywhere. So when we travel in Italy there's a real groundedness I feel there from sort of having Italian blood and then the food is just so fantastic. We spent a great time up there, and we found a restaurant. In Portofino. [UNKNOWN] [INAUDIBLE]. The beautiful thing about Italy is that they have all these sort of regional cuisines that are really delicious. So if you move from one place to another, you get incredibly different regional cuisine. But you also got different wines to go with different cuisines. Music actually changes the way Wine taste. Tim McGraw's kind of music. He's got really rich tones. He's got a lovely voice. And I actually think that it's great red wine music. I think the music and the meal are gonna mesh, and the wine of course, are just gonna mesh because of the atmosphere. I'm hungry. Anyways I thought I might take you back, kind of show you the ingredients before hand. I'd love to. So you kind of you know. [CROSSTALK] So let's go check out some ingredients, huh? Let's do it. All right. [MUSIC] Two dishes here that I think are the most intriguing really. The langastinos which of course for you. And the rabbit. And these we just get the whole [UNKNOWN] in and we split them, clean them, and are quickly grilled on the plancha right over here and it's the sweetest of the sweet. And then the rabbit which is the most intensive preparation of all the stuff that I'm doing today. We're gonna take the whole rabbit, just split them in half and lie on the rack spread out. And get this beautiful. Unbelievable. And then we put a little [UNKNOWN] bacon around it to hold it tight. Then we're going to put really ice cold Gewurztraminer. Yea. And a rose that's made from Zinfandel [UNKNOWN] and a [FOREIGN] with that little just, you know, bring that to life, it will really spark it right up. Then hopefully you'll play some songs that are good. [LAUGH] I'll try. [CROSSTALK] Yeah, we're a little worried about that. [LAUGH] [COUGH] Man, don't **** up my food. You know what I'm saying? [LAUGH] [MUSIC] Come on let's go guys. Let's go, let's go. [NOISE] Country music and steak. So what are we having here? Okay this is New York strip steak. Yes, but not only red meat. And then we drizzle a little chilled wine, and a take a little that, a little fresh herbs, and some fresh Italian olive oil. Fantastic. That is a definite. Best Waffle House dish, cuz you wanna put it all together. [UNKNOWN] Waffle House I ever been to [LAUGH]. [MUSIC] Memories revolve around meals. I think. Everyone has great wine and the great food and the great music together. I mean. I can't think of three things that go together so well to make a great even. To make a memory. [MUSIC] Part of what I love about wine is when I smell certain wines, it will put me in a particular location, in time and place and people. And the same thing happens with food, same thing happens with music. Unbelievable. Yeah. Nice. Great What we wanted to do was have great food, great people and great atmosphere. I know for sure we're gonna have a tremendous party. Now that we've had the food and the wine we're about to have some killer music. Welcome to the stage, Tim McGraw. [MUSIC] Thank you. [APPLAUSE]
