[MUSIC] Hello, my name is Nancy Silverton, and I am sitting in my restaurant, Osteria Mozza. Osteria Mozza is a very traditional Italian restaurant. When you come into my restaurant, you'll find me Find the mozzarella bar. Love working with food and I love facing people. I do like LAs proximity to the desert. Through the mountains to the beaches. Where else can you find that diversity? On my day off, I love to go to the movies. And I love to go to the Hollywood ArcLight theater on Sunset. On Sunday's I love to shop at the Hollywood Farmer's Market. It's one of the largest and I think most colorful of all the farmer's markets in Los Angeles. It's just a great great farmer's market. Lucoues is one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. The food is flavorful It's fresh, it's vibrant, it's seasonal. I never leave unsatisfied. The menus that I've always had at my restaurants have always been ingredient-driven. A perfect place to have a restaurant is in California.
