You can so easily make chinese food, tai food and Vietnamese food, that is gluten free. One trick is rice noodles ,where you can use sweet cup noodles yep. There is Soy sauce, which has wheat, and there is Tamari, which is a wheat free soy sauce. So, you can get that. Check your fish sauce, if you're cooking in southeast Asian. There's some that has wheat gluten, some does not. So, if you get the kinds that are wheat free, and, obviously, the major allergies, so stay away from nuts, and all types of other tree nuts, and peanuts Use coconut milk as a fantastic way to thicken and add lusciousness without adding dairy, and then our best friends for chefs acid.
