It is so easy to tell a good Chinese restaurant from a bad Chinese restaurant. You don't even have to have eaten anything. You walk in. Is it filled with Chinese people or not? Are you going to go to a Mexican restaurant filled with a bunch of Brooklyn Jews? No. Are you going to get a bagel run by a bunch of Chinese? No. Make sure the locals of that cuisine is in that restaurant and they must have a menu in the native language too. Then you know it's gonna be authentic, most likely, but yeah, don't go to that pizza place run by a bunch of Japanese sushi chefs. [LAUGH]
