In 2010, chefs Eugenio Roncoroni and Beniamino Nespor opened their first restaurant in Milan, Al Mercato Ristorante. They now have four restaurants including Al Mercato Burger Bar, inspired by their time living and working in the U.S. Here, they bring their ideal burger to Milan, made American-style but with local ingredients. There's only one burger on the menu and you can add a range of toppings. Just follow one rule: don’t remove pickles. [MUSIC] Hello, I'm Rio [UNKNOWN] Clooney and with Benjamin [UNKNOWN] I am the chef in honor of [UNKNOWN] Restaurante in Burner Park. [MUSIC] Things that are really important with the burger Is pickles. So a lot of people here decide to put the pickles on the side cuz they don't really like it but I think there is no burger without pickles. Both me and my business partner have an American background, so we learned all the techniques working in the States. And then we decided to get the best Italian products and mix them together to have the perfect burger. [BLANK_AUDIO]
