In 2010, chefs Eugenio Roncoroni and Beniamino Nespor opened their first restaurant in Milan, Al Mercato Ristorante. They now have four restaurants including Al Mercato Burger Bar, inspired by their time living and working in the U.S. Here, they bring their ideal burger to Milan, made American-style but with local ingredients. There's only one burger on the menu and you can add a range of toppings. Just follow one rule: don’t remove pickles.
