Well cucumber, for me, is just remarkable because I just like a little bit of salt and pepper and to eat them raw. But you can slice them, you can pickle them, you can roast them, you can juice them, you can do all kinds fo things. But I just love the freshness that they bring to anything. Anything cooked, cucumber raw on top of it, it's gotta taste good.
