My mother and her mother had such an influence on the way that I cook. It would definitely have to have a Greek influence to it, but my love of meat would have to play in there also, so I would probably do smoked lamb ribs, with Lemon and oregano and extra virgin olive oil, drizzled with a little bit of honey and that's it.
