[BLANK_AUDIO] So at Athos one of my favorite thing to do is what we call Greek sashimi. We take raw fish, we use it as a platform and then we kind of build little tiny creations using all Greek flavors and Greek identities and Greek ingredients to create an experience that takes you back to Greece.
