The perfect three ingredient recipe to me, I have been doing is crazy stuff with cocoa nibs. Cocoa nibs is what comes out of the cocoa bean gets toasted before it becomes chocolate so it is like little almond pieces. So I mix it with gray salt and put it in a port ****, a $0.69 a pound pork ****. Cover them all up, right, with this cocoa nibs, salt. Put them in the oven, tend them with foil, give them about ten hours, until they're just gonna fall apart on their own. Take some tongs and just peel them off piece by piece, it's amazing.
