Are there no-brainer wines that can go with everything on the table? I think there are. Zinfandel on the red wine side, I think is the golden retriever of red wines. On the white side, is Sauvignon blanc, the same way. Sauvignon blanc, I love what Whetstone does. Duckhorn's a classic. Caymus is a classic from Napa. On The Zinfandel side, if you're not drinking Chiarello Turley, Rafanelli, Biali, these are all wonderful, wonderful choices.
