[MUSIC] Now we're going to get a little [arcain/g]. This is Sect, which is spelled Sect. Is basically means German sparking wine. The Sekt is 19. See. Try to notice grapefruit. Yeah. Sekt. If you like really acidic wine or wine that really makes your mouth water, Sekt is perfect for it. Germany is a northerly climate. The grapes get very acidic. And the reason why food wines are so great and prized in the wine community is because they have a lot of acidity, and the acidity kicks up the flavor. It's like a lemon squeeze for your food. With food, especially acidic foods, goat cheese, tomato sauce, anything will a little bit of acidity. The acidity in this Cancels out the acidity in the food, and the net effect on your pallet is sweet. This is the Hill of Content. I love it. I think it's so different. Hill of Content sparkling red is $12. This disconcerts people because it looks like a Cabernet with a little bit of foam there. But most likely sparkling red you're gonna find is sparking Shiraz from Australia. It's a little bit sweet. Leather, vanilla combining kind of the best of Shiraz with the effervescence of a bubbly. And it's not bitter. Maybe you get a slightly more of that tannic thing on the tongue but it's certainly not really tannic. And it's so delightful, but it's richer than regular bubbly. In fact, because the skins ferment in the tank, not only does it get the color, but it gets a little bit more alcohol. Last bubbly. So this is from Italy, from the Muscat grape. It's just lightly sparkling. What about the fruit? Peach. Tropical fruits. It's a big, delicious, ambrosial, edenic smell. It's so light, and there's a refreshing vein of acidity in there, that you could actually have this with Chinese food. You could actually have it not just as dessert And this one's like 18 bucks. I've been drinking this for a long time and this is widely available. The Zec, you're gonna have to look for a little bit. Most of the other wines are widely available. And this one is absolutely one of my favorites. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
