[BLANK_AUDIO] So the great paradigmatic summer wine is dry Rose. Americans sometimes still misperceive dry Rose as the really sticky sweet stuff known as White Zinfandel. But Europeans those sun ripened Europeans know that there's nothing more refreshing on a hot day. Then quaffing back a Tavel or a Bandol, or any other great roses. I mean, France is the kinda world template for roses. So like I said, Tavel, Bandol, Cotes de Provence, those are wonderful, wonderful roses. What's really popular right now is Domaine Ott. That they call it the DO or maybe even the AT, kind of like the bears, the AT. And it's worth it, it's delicious, it's a strawberry cherry sprightliness and it goes down so easy.
