Give me like, three top dishes that you think you're
gonna be serving at Eataly [CROSSTALK]. Well, we'll have agnolotti
del plin, the pasta made traditional in Piemonte. We'll have
local fish, however, cooked or served raw, a la Dave
Pasternack. Uh-huh. Just served with little condiments from around here.
And then we'll have American beef and [UNKNOWN] beef served
side by side, either raw or cooked in different styles,
both mimicking the tradition of the [UNKNOWN] cooking and the
simplicity of American beef cookery. Wow, that sounds great.
