Beginning of the harvest season, I love radishes. I think radishes are delicious. I love the combination of radishes and peas. I slice radishes into paper thin slices. I leave peas whole. I saute them together with oil, all by itself. And I just add a little bit of hot chili flakes at the end. That's it, clean, no butter, only oil.
