The secret to a perfect fried chicken is first of all, you start with the dark meat. Cuz that's where all the juiciness is. And then you wanna cure it in a little bit of water, salt, and lemon, then in buttermilk and coconut milk. Then you fry it on low heat and then on high heat. You wanna fry it twice. But you wanna do it in an iron cast pan. That's the key. Then you wanna come up with your own shake and put on top of it.
