Three ingredient dishes are obviously very popular. I do think that double purposing ingredients, for example, broccoli. You can use the broccoli florets. But then if you take broccoli stems, especially those big ones, you peel the outside, and then with a peeler you can make ribbons with that. And you can blanche those up. So now you got two ingredients that look totally different. And people are like wow, what's this? It's like a green fettucine in this dish. And. You know, broccoli as a side dish. For me, it's all about like the black olives and garlic. Okay wait we need olive oil. And is that four ingredients? You need a little help. You need a couple of things in there you gotta get away with.
