There's a lot of talk in the wine world lately about wines bottled under **** cap versus wines bottled under cork. Now of course, cork is a traditional means of closing a wine bottle, and **** cap is what many believe is going to be the way of the future. In fact, there are entire countries that have chosen to bottle almost their entire production under **** cap, and of course I'm talking about New Zealand.
