[MUSIC] One of my favorites is to do a sweet, salty, and savory wine party. Things that are not overly sweet. Maybe some dried fruits, fresh cheeses and things like that. Do a sparkling wine that's called, actually, extra dry. That means a little bit sweet, you know? Crazy French. And you can do some dessert wines. Things like Sauterne or a little sherry, or a little port. Then to a savory table so we have some nice slices of beef, had some chicken saute, to a selection of reds, things from Malbec, from Argentina. And then at that salty table, look for those sparklers. So, beautiful crisp Brut or dry cell wines from champagne From Italy, from Cabo, from Spain. My favorite pairing is actually sparkling wine or champagne with potato chips but you know, call me crazy. And just have a great time.
