What I like to do is think more in terms of chopped salads. That's what I love to do for brunch, because I like to eat something that's not too heavy, that's healthy, and that has a lot of flavor. So, chopped salads basically, maybe like a grilled romaine salad with anchovy dressing and a little bit of grilled chicken. And maybe even something grilled croutons and maybe some sunflower seeds or something like that cheery tomatoes and something that simple.
