Well, for Thanksgiving, the Ken Oringer traditional turkey is, I love brining. I love spice rubs, so I like to incorporate a little barbecue sometimes into it. Going with a little bit of cumin, a little paprika, ground bay leaves, sage, poultry seasoning. And then a lot of butter, I think, is the key to any great turkey. I don't care what anybody says.
