Stuffing is my favorite part of Thanksgiving. So, I put it in the turkey, but I also put it outside of the turkeys, because I love to have stuffing sandwiches the next day. But, what I like, is a little bit of chorizo, a little bit of traditional white bread cut into cubes. A lot of onions, a lot of celery, And I like a little bit of spice. I put a little sriracha in there and then I go a little bit of ground chicken livers. So it's treated almost like a dirty rice style of stuffing.
