I'm not gonna lie to you. New Years Eve is like a crazy night. I'm going to start by the end right at 12 o'clock your going to do like what we do in Spain, 12 grapes for everybody. And when the first gong whatever you call it goes you put a grape in your mouth and then you make a wish. And then the second grape. And you make another wish. And the third, and the fourth, and the fifth! 12 wishes. If you are able to finish the 12th grape, with the 12 gongs? The 12 wishes will happen during the course of the year. Simple, right? So before, for the dinner. Always, I do everything cold. I like to do a soup. To warm everyone up. What soup? Whatever soup you like, but then I like to have fogra, which is cold with a nice riage with toasted with butter. I like to do a boiled lobster with a little bit of mayonnaise on the side. A lot of champagne and enjoy life people and do the tour of grapes.
