I love Barcelona, but I love Madrid. You are gonna go to have breakfast at the Hotel Palace. Then from there, you leave the Hotel Palace, and you're gonna go to one of my favorite markets, the Market of [UNKNOWN] And you're gonna walk around the market, because you're gonna be finding amazing seafood, shellfish. All different kinds of meat. But you're gonna stop in one place, at the [UNKNOWN] Market. That's [FOREIGN]. [FOREIGN], it's an astonishing meat shop. They have the best burgers in the history of mankind. They have like, 24 different burgers with different meat, different spices, dried mushrooms. And guess what? Your going to see right by the burger, where do I cook it? Don't worry. They have, right there, a burger shop next door that you can choose the burger you want. You can follow your breakfast with a beautiful burger mid-morning. Then from there you are saying, man, I'm hungry. The burger was astonishing, the breakfast too- but they eat next. Ha! You're gonna go to one of the funkiest places I know in Spain, [FOREIGN] or the Blue Swan, and that place specializes in mushrooms. It's a humble man with one helper behind the bar and you will find there. You will find more [UNKNOWN], you will find white truffles in season. You are gonna look into the space and you see, man what is this, this is an ugly place. Who cares about ugly if the food is astonishing. So, you're gonna tell the owner, Jose, Jose Andre send me and I want you to impress me. After those mushroom dishes your life is going to It's gonna change forever. Now it's 2 o'clock, your gonna go to one of my favorite places. It's a place in the neighborhood of [UNKNOWN] and the name of the place is De La Arriba. And I love the Arriba because it's kind of, what can I tell you, where they serve the traditional dishes. Nothing fancy. One plate of sweet breads. One plate of baby pig. One plate of fried sardines. One plate of tripe Madrid style. It's not this, right? So, you finish your lines, and you have to do for something else. I'm gonna send you to one of the oldest restaurants in Spain. The place is called Larvae. And it's more than a restaurant. It's like Madrid aristocratic deli. You're gonna go there and you can do two things. You can have a consume with a Spanish sherry or you can have a coffee or you can have a tea and there they have beautiful croissants. And there they have beautiful Spanish pastries. Then Then, it's time to think about dinner. And I'm gonna be sending you to one of my really favorite restaurants in the whole world. The chef, his name is called Juanjo. And Juanjo has a restaurant which, what can I tell you? It's only, only Seven tables, so you're gonna have to call ahead. What's the name of the restaurant? [UNKNOWN] You're gonna tell [UNKNOWN], Jose sent me, I want you to impress me. With him you are gonna eat things like the potato spanish salad. The [UNKNOWN], potatoes, carrots, but He's gonna be putting caviar, or he's gonna be putting trout roll. And then he's gonna be doing for you spider crab, or he's gonna be doing for you who knows, but you're gonna be in heaven. People of America, if you do this in Madrid you will have the best meal of your life in an astonishing day.
