Three ingredients. Happy challenge. What I love. Eggs. Great olive oil. You make like a little swimming pool in the pan, you kind of lift up the pan so at the end at the edge of the pan you have like a little nice beautiful pond. Of golden olive oil. You add two garlic cloves, the garlic cloves are gonna kind of fry, they're gonna flavor the oil. You're gonna pull out the garlic cloves, and then you're gonna introduce the egg, once the oil is really piping hot. The egg white is gonna start cracking. All the egg white is gonna start going up like a volcano, so running the egg yolk. The egg yolk is gonna be protected by the egg white, so the hot [UNKNOWN] foil is not gonna over cook the egg yolk. You take out the beautiful Fried egg from inside the ben, the white, the egg-white is very crispy, very round, the egg yolk is buttery and yummy. You get the two garlic cloves, you smash them like into paste, that's just three ingredients. Garlic, olive oil and eggs and if they let you use bread, well you put the bread and you know what to do.
